It’s been a month since the ONE team descended on ICE London 2024 with the event bearing fruit in three notable areas: New ventures, Relationship nurturing and In-person trend analysis. Our partners at HUB88 were instrumental to our success by accommodating us at their stand, which proved to be a hive of activity!

New ventures were established, and we had conversations with some big players in the iGaming space,  one of which was Digitain who subsequently invited ONE to their event held at the famous Koko in Camden. Whilst at the conference we had authentic and in-depth discussions of providing their organisation with payment solutions.

Existing clients were proudly hosted at the HUB88 stand as members from ONE (including a handful of the trading team) communicated our value proposition, realigned on shared goals and set objectives for the future. In addition, we fostered introductions within our existing client network to maximise collaboration which was greatly appreciated by all. 

With iGaming being a key vertical for ONE, we needed to see in real-time the trends surrounding both marketing and operations. The majority of marketing efforts had a strong sense of community with existing clients having a huge presence. When discussing operations (specifically the choosing of a payment provider), prospects claimed three things were paramount: speed of onboarding, regulatory framework and responsive communication. 

With the valuable feedback we got over the three days at ExCel London, we will internalise, prioritise and continue to deliver to clients to ensure they get the best experience with our unified payments platform.

We look forward to attending ICE in Barcelona in 2025!
